By participating in the Kalik Pop the Top Competition (the “Competition”), you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Commonwealth Brewery Ltd. (CBL) / Kalik Bahamas as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Competition.

 Prize Details

• Grand Prize: One (1) nationwide winner of $20,000.
• Island Prizes: Six (6) island winners of $1,000 each.
• Instant Prizes: “FREE BEER” and “PARTY PRIZE” (Kalik merchandise and party access).
• Disclaimer: Prizes are not transferable. No substitution of prizes is permitted. Prize images on promotional materials are for illustration purposes only; the actual prize may vary.

How to Enter & Win

Purchase any Kalik product (Kalik Gold, Kalik Light, Kalik Radler, Kalik Platinum, etc.) and check under the cap.

A) INSTANT WINS (Under the Cap)

• “FREE BEER” CAP: You have won a free Kalik. To claim your prize, redeem your winning cap at any 700 Wines & Spirits location or other select participating bars.
• “PARTY PRIZE” CAP: You have won Kalik-branded merchandise or access to exclusive parties. To claim your prize, redeem your winning cap at any official Redemption Hub, Pop-Up Event, Party Event, or sponsorship. Prizes include; T-shirts, rash guards, straw hats, dominoes, mugs & much more
• “TRY AGAIN” CAP: This is not a winning cap. At least you got to enjoy the refreshment of KALIK!

B) GRAND PRIZE ENTRY

To enter for a chance to win the $20,000 nationwide grand prize or one of six $1,000 island prizes, you must:

• STEP 1: COLLECT CAPS: Collect four (4) “GRAND  PRIZE” caps.

• STEP 2: COMPLETE THE ENVELOPE: Place the four caps into an official Kalik envelope, available at redemption hubs. Clearly write your name, phone number, and email address on the envelope.

• STEP 3: DROP OFF YOUR ENTRY: Drop the completed envelope at any official Pop The Top Redemption Hub.
• Grand and Island Prize Winners will be chosen through a random drawing from all eligible envelope entries received.
• Winners will be contacted via the information provided on their entry envelope.
• Participants must comply with all rules to be eligible for prizes.

Eligibility

This promotion is open to all residents of The Bahamas who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Kalik Bahamas, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Conditions of Entry:

1. Participants acknowledge that compliance with the rules set out above
   including all eligibility requirements is a necessary precondition to any
   prizes in the Kalik Pop the Top Competition being awarded to them. For removal of all doubt, competitors who have not complied with these rules are subject to disqualification.
2. Kalik Bahamas reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify, or suspend the Kalik Pop the Top Competition at any time, if fraud, technical failures, including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes beyond the control of  Kalik  Pop the Top Competition corrupt the administration, security, integrity or proper running of the competition.
   In such cases, Kalik Bahamas will inform competitors of such cancellations, modifications, or suspensions of the Kalik Bahamas reserves all rights in the management of the  Kalik Pop the Top Competition and can cancel/end the contest at any time via notifications by electronic mail or on the Facebook page.
3.  Kalik Pop the Top Competition does not warrant that access to or use of any third party’s website will be uninterrupted or free of any of the events stated below, due to the nature of internet services and electronic communications. Kalik Bahamas is not responsible for any problems that may arise, including but not limited to:
   1. lost, interrupted, inaccessible, or unavailable networks, or other
      connection, availability, or accessibility problems arising in the connection with or throughout the competition; or
   2. communications failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected
      computer, telephone, or cable transmissions or hardware or software
      malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; or
   3. failure of personal computers and/or software and hardware
      configurations, any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties,
      printing errors, clerical, typographical, or other errors in the offering or
      announcement of the prizes or in the prize notification; or
   4. for any errors of any kind in connection with the promotion, whether
      human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature; or
   5. the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to
      capture any information in connection with the promotion; or
   6. any of the above arising from the actions or omissions of any third parties in relation to any aspect of the  Kalik Pop the Top Competition or the usage of any third-party websites that are not under the control or operated fully by Kalik Bahamas.
4. Any attempt by a contestant or other individual to deliberately
   undermine the legitimate operation of the  Kalik Pop the Top Competition, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, which may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws in the countries where the promotion is being run. Should such an attempt be made, Kalik Bahamas reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution and participants engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes won.
5. In no event will Kalik Bahamas be liable for more than the relevant prizes available under the  Kalik Pop the Top Competition. In the event of any conflict with any Promotion details contained in these Rules and Conditions and promotion details contained in point of sale, television and print, advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotional media, (“Promotional Materials”) the details of the promotion set forth in these Rules and Conditions shall prevail.
6. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. 
7. Kalik Bahamas employees are not authorized to waive, modify, or amend any provision or provisions of these Rules and Conditions in any manner whatsoever.
8. All contestants agree to take part in any promotional, marketing or
   publicity activities or events reasonably requested by Kalik Bahamas and consent to the use and disclosure by Kalik Bahamas in any form of media of their names, likenesses, and/or general areas of residence without compensation or further reference.
9. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Meta. Participants understand that they are providing their information to Kalik Bahamas via Facebook and Instagram, and not to these platforms. The information they provide will only be used for communicating with participants and awarding them with the prize that they may win.
10. Kalik Bahamas reserves all rights in the management of the Kalik Pop the Top Competition and can cancel/end the contest at any time.
