Where can I collect my prize?
- Prizes can be collected at any of our official redemption locations. See the “Collection Points” page for a full list.
Do I need to bring anything when collecting my prize?
- Yes, please bring the original winning cap when visiting a collection point.
What happens if I lose my winning cap?
- Unfortunately, lost or damaged caps cannot be replaced. You must present the original cap to claim your prize.
Are there any events where I can join the celebration?
- Yes! We’re hosting over 40 pop-up events nationwide with music, giveaways, and more. Visit our Events page for dates and locations.
Can I enter more than once?
- Yes! Each cap is a new chance to win. The more you enjoy Kalik, the more chances you have.
